1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our services, booking a consultation, or communicating with us via our official WhatsApp channel, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
2. Medical & Wellness Disclaimer
MEDICAL & WELLNESS NOTICE
- Complementary Nature: The therapies, energy work, and holistic consultations provided by Cosmic Wonders Healing Centre are complementary and alternative practices.
- Not Medical Advice: Our services are not a substitute for professional medical diagnosis, psychiatric care, or prescribed treatments.
- No Guaranteed Outcomes: Spiritual and holistic healing is a deeply personal journey. We do not guarantee specific physical, emotional, or psychological results. Always consult a licensed healthcare professional for medical conditions.
3. WhatsApp Communications & Third-Party Platforms
- Opt-In & Usage: By initiating a chat or providing your number, you consent to receive appointment reminders, wellness updates, and service information via WhatsApp.
- Technology Providers: Our WhatsApp communications are powered by Zolo Suit (our API software provider) and operate on the Meta (WhatsApp) network. While we maintain strict confidentiality, your use of this channel is also subject to Meta’s Business terms.
- Opting Out: You may opt out of non-essential promotional messages at any time by replying with the word "STOP".
- Service Availability: We are not liable for communication delays or missed appointments caused by WhatsApp or network outages.
4. Appointments, Cancellations, and Refunds
- Bookings: Appointments must be confirmed in advance through our WhatsApp channel or official booking system.
- Cancellations & Rescheduling: We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations or "no-shows" may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of the deposit.
5. Client Conduct & Boundaries
We strive to maintain a safe, respectful, and sacred space for all clients and practitioners.
Aggressive behavior, harassment, or inappropriate communication via WhatsApp or in person will not be tolerated and will result in immediate termination of services without a refund.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cosmic Wonders Healing Centre and its practitioners shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, therapies, or communications.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Cosmic Wonders Healing Centre operates. Any disputes shall be handled in the appropriate local courts.
